We don’t know the nature or extent of his injury for sure, but Tyler Bernardini might not see the court this weekend.
We have reason to believe that he recently sustained a concussion, but according to Penn’s sports info office, it was a different injury.
How do you think his absence affects Penn’s game plan against Columbia and Cornell?

….ON THE OTHER HAND, MAYBE IT WILL PUMP UP THE TEAM. IF PENN CAN GET A SPLIT THIS WEEKEND WITHOUT HIM, THAT’D BE GOOD. ANY CHANCE OF HIM MISSING COLUMBIA AND BEING THERE FOR CORNELL? EGGY WILL SURELY HAVE TO STEP UP, BUT HE’S BEEN DOING WELL SO I THINK HE WILL. WHAT ABOUT THE FACT THAT PENN HAS HAD THE ROOKIE OF THE WEEK HONOR FOR LIKE 7 OUT OF 10 WEEKS SO FAR. THEY CAN HANDLE IT…..GO PENN!

good luck guys. cornell is already the better team, even when you have bernardini. i hope he does play, though, so we wont have to watch a complete blowout here in ithaca.

The Quakes’ chances of a split this weekend are slim to none. Without Bernardini this team is embarassingly deficient. Eggy is not part of the solution…

rumor has it that Bilsky prevented the real story on bernardini getting out… he knows he still needs to sell seats at the palestra this season
