		<description>the financing of eastward expansion is gutmann's main job.  she won't ever be like rodin but that's not the type of leader we need right now.  sure she probably won't ever be as popular as rodin, but for gutmann to be as successful as her predecessor, she must lead an especially successful capital drive.  if she's not considering leaving an immediate response is entirely necessary.  if no repsonse comes, then we can only assume that she's just treating us as a stepping stone.</description>
