Will boycotting SEPTA help resolve its many issues? What it needs are more riders before it can improve, not less.

it’s easy to say ‘boycott SEPTA’ when you don’t depend on it to get to and from work in order to support a family. It’s not designed primarily to transport penn students around the city; it’s for commuters.
