		<description>Students would choose to live in a nice new building with decent space and enjoyable amenities? Please explain how this would be a BANE to the penn experience. Face it, most of the facilities at this university suck, and a choice is definitely a good thing. Don't like it, or think it's too expensive? Don't live there.</description>
