What’s sexier than sex?
As your resident sex blogger, I feel qualified to answer that question. And scanning the Inquirer today, I saw it: A huge, oversized, mouthwatering, potentially life-changing jar of Nutella.
5 kilos. 11.02 lbs of chocolately, hazelnutty goodness. Can you really put a calorie count on ecstasy? (Apparently you can — that’s 27,181 calories of wonderful. About two weeks’ worth of energy.)
It seems that Di Bruno Bros. have been trying to sell 5-kilo jars of Nutella since last summer. They’ve only sold two — travesty! Who doesn’t need more chocolate?
Nutella recipes abound online, and there’s even a Flickr group of Nutella pictures. Whoa.
With all the crime in the area lately, it’s about time to bring some happiness back to campus. You can pop down to 17th and Chestnut for the insanity that is a $90 jar of Nutella, or check out the more reasonable single-serving portions at the Walnut Bridge Coffee House, a great little cafe at 23rd and Walnut with eye-catching art and pastries to die for. Indulge your cravings and support the global market simultaneously.
Now that’s what I call sexy.

Haha, I definitely saw those last time I was there (although their 9th St. location is the way to go…fewer yuppies) and was wondering how well those were moving.
