My roommate used to stay up nearly all night doing extra practice sets for her math. She would always be so frustrated after getting her exam back, because she’d realized she knew how to do all the problems… but kept making stupid calculation errors. I think she would have benefitted from some extra sleep.

I find personally that I fall into zombification accidentally, but once there it’s rather difficult to get back out as assignments pile up. Maybe in reading days…
