		<description>I actually thought Emeril could have been a very enjoyable choice. "Kick it up a notch!" He's actually a real chef, unlike some other Food Network personalities (Rachael Ray). He also comes from pretty humble beginnings and would probably have good things to say. Just don't mention his failed sitcom.

I agree that he wouldn't be my first choice cook speaker, though. I would go with Alton Brown - he's brilliant, he's funny, and he is one heck of a cook.</description>
