Since many of you out there may be cramming for a certain exam, I’ll keep this one short to minimize your procrastination.

With all this hype surrounding the VP debate, $700 billion bailouts, and Katie Couric, I think we’ve all forgotten about the important things in our lives… for instance, the election season in Canada!

That’s right, on October 14, we crazy Canucks up in the North will be having our own election! And while our own debates and scandals may have been overshadowed in the last few days (okay weeks… okay, fine, months… will you ever pay attention to us, ever?) how can you keep ignoring Canadian politics when things like this happen (start watching around 1:50):

I think now you’ll all start paying a little more attention.
